Just remember to measure your child's head circumference first. While it is recommended for ages 5 to 8, a precise fit between 50cm and 54cm is vital for safety.

Active preteens aged 8 to 14 demand gear that balances serious protection with a weight they won't feel during long afternoon rides. The Schwinn Thrasher delivers exactly that, utilizing a dual-layer microshell and EPS foam construction to keep the profile light without sacrificing durability. I particularly like the Schwinn 360° Comfort system. The adjustable dial and fine-tunable side straps mean you aren't constantly stopping to readjust a wobbling helmet.
