After weeks of use, the Mika Micky bedside sleeper has become an indispensable tool for maintaining closeness with a newborn without sacrificing sleep quality. The standout feature is how seamlessly it integrates with your own mattress. Thanks to the two fastening straps and seven adjustable height positions, you can align it perfectly to your bed height. I found the double-sided mesh construction particularly impressive, as it creates a much more breathable and airy environment for the baby compared to solid-sided cribs. The setup is intuitive, featuring an easy-open side panel for quick access during middle-of-the-night feedings. With a stable bottom and a comfortable mattress included, it provides a secure sleeping space from birth until the baby reaches about 33lbs or starts pulling themselves up.

Mid-night diaper changes become much less stressful when you aren't wrestling with stiff, ill-fitting bedding that bunches up under your sleeping infant. Because of the 4-way stretch and the elastic band encased at the bottom, I found these sheets snap onto the mattress in seconds and actually stay snug. Whether your nursery uses an oval, round, or rectangular bassinet, the universal fit handles various shapes with ease. Plus, the beige flora pattern adds a stylish touch to the crib without being overwhelming. They are incredibly easy to maintain since you can just toss them in the wash whenever they need a refresh.
