Active preteens aged 8 to 14 demand gear that balances serious protection with a weight they won't feel during long afternoon rides. The Schwinn Thrasher delivers exactly that, utilizing a dual-layer microshell and EPS foam construction to keep the profile light without sacrificing durability.
