Best Van Ness Boxes in 2026

Most cat owners assume that keeping a litter box clean requires constant, manual scooping, but this sifting system fundamentally changes that chore. The Van Ness Large Sifting Box uses a clever design that allows you to maintain cleanliness without the typical hassle of a handheld scoop. I found the high-sided frame particularly effective at containing messes. It acts as a sturdy barrier that keeps both litter and urine from spilling onto your floors. The high polish finish isn't just for looks, either—it makes scrubbing out stains incredibly simple. While you'll want to stick to clumping litters rather than pellets or powders to get the best results, the 19-inch length provides ample space for your pet to move comfortably while you enjoy a much cleaner living environment.

Multi-cat households and owners of oversized felines need this specific pan to avoid the cramped, messy corners of standard-sized boxes. Cleaning is incredibly fast because the material doesn't let waste cling to the sides. While it lacks high-tech automation, its simplicity makes it a reliable workhorse for anyone who wants a durable, easy-to-maintain space for their pets to do their business.

I finally tackled that lingering litter box scent by swapping in these USEAMIE activated carbon filters, and the difference in indoor air quality was immediate. These fibrous pads are specifically designed to fit the Van Ness Corner and CP77 sifting models, making the installation a breeze that takes only seconds. Each 0.5cm thick filter uses high-density polymer binding to hold powdered activated carbon in place, ensuring it actually traps those stubborn odors rather than just masking them.
