Reliable survival gear often fails when the environment gets harsh, but the SOG Seal Strike is engineered to handle that exact pressure. After testing its balance, the 4.9-inch AUS-8 stainless steel blade feels incredibly sturdy thanks to the full tang construction and cryogenic heat treatment. The black titanium nitride coating adds a layer of toughness that sets it apart from standard bushcraft knives, while the glass-reinforced nylon handle ensures a secure grip even when things get messy. I was particularly impressed by the deluxe sheath, which transforms the knife into a complete survival kit by integrating a line cutter, a ferrochromium fire starter, and a built-in sharpener. It is a heavy-duty tool that feels ready for everything from deep-woods camping to tactical field use.

After weeks of use in various outdoor settings, the craftsmanship of this KOMWERO folding knife has truly stood out. The 76-layer Damascus blade, featuring a VG10 steel core, provides a razor-sharp edge that holds up remarkably well during camping and hiking trips. I found the rosewood handle to be both elegant and practical, offering a non-slip grip that feels secure in the hand. The ball-bearing deployment makes opening the knife a smooth, satisfying experience, while the liner lock provides the necessary stability for heavy-duty tasks.
