The cocoa beans come from 4 different regions within Peru in the foothills of the Andes leading down to the Amazon Basin. The beans there are characteristically light and mild, known as, fine aroma beans.

All the cocoa beans are direct sourced from the farmers - no middle-men, and all are UTZ certified - which means we pay them a premium and they commit to implementing specific social, ecological and farming practices.

This bar is 70% cacao organic dark chocolate but sweetened with organic stevia extract instead of cane sugar. The bar is completely sugar-free and lower in calories. We use an organic stevia extract that has no stevia aftertaste.

The bars are made straight from the bean at the source in Peru. The cacao is light and smoky, typical of Peruvian beans. Like all Pascha products this bar is completely vegan and dairy-free, and nut-free, gluten free and soy/emulsifier free.

The cocoa beans in this bar were grown by UTZ certified farmers who are paid a premium for their beans and in return they implement better farming practices, with respect to people and the planet. The beans are bought directly from the farmers.

This bar is a vegan organic white chocolate alternative, made with organic cocoa butter and using rice milk instead of dairy milk. We use a little vanilla to round out the flavor of the organic cocoa butter.

The bars are made from the bean at the source in Peru. They travel from the growing region directly to the manufacturing plant so it is practically tree to bar.

The cacao butter is natural, retaining its full flavor characteristics, and blends well with the non-dairy milk alternatives to give a rich full white flavor. We would call it white chocolate, but legally we can't do that if the bar does not contain milk from a cow. So this is our White Bar. Like all Pascha products this bar is completely vegan and dairy free, nut free, gluten free and soy/emulsifier free.

The chocolate is made Bean to Bar at source, which allows us to use recntly harvested cocoa beans. We can lock in the fresh flavor rather than shipping the beans half way round the world and having them age and deteriorate before getting turned into chocolate.

The chocolate is very mild tasting while the roasted nibs give a slight crunch and a more bitter cocoa note to blend with the sweeter 55% chocolate. The cocoa in this bar was grown by UTZ certified farmers who implement better farming practices, with respect to people and the planet.

Both the cocoa and coffee beans are sourced in Peru and we integrate the coffee beans into the beginning of the process - integrating the flavors as a perfect coffee and chocolate blend.
