Best Grommet Curtains in 2026

ChadMade’s Liz Collection offers a sophisticated solution for anyone needing high-end window treatments that actually perform, blending elegant linen-style aesthetics with serious light control. These polyester drapes feature a heavy-weight 220gsm grey-white liner that effectively blocks 90-96% of incoming light, though the grey middle layer does give the beige-white fabric a slightly cooler, light-gray undertone. Because the pleats are pre-set, you get a tailored, designer look right out of the box without the hassle of manual folding. The included plastic pin hooks feature a clever ratchet system, allowing you to fine-tune the curtain height by up to three inches for a perfect floor-to-ceiling fit. Just remember to pair these with a sturdy rod and separate metal rings, as the heavy fabric requires a robust hanging setup.

Standard curtains often fall short when you need to bridge the gap between high-end aesthetics and versatile mounting options for floor-to-ceiling windows. The ChadMade Leon Collection solves this by offering a sophisticated 4-in-1 header system that adapts to rod poles, back tabs, or ceiling tracks with ease. These velvet panels provide impressive light blocking between 85% and 92%, making them ideal for creating a moody bedroom atmosphere or a private room divider. I found the included metal hooks particularly helpful for quick installation, though you'll want to keep the 1.3 to 1.6 fullness ratio in mind to get those deep, luxurious folds. While the darker shades offer superior shading, the grey-beige tone adds a soft, textured elegance to any living space without feeling overly heavy.

Most people assume that floor-to-ceiling velvet curtains are a nightmare to hang, but the ChadMade Leon Collection actually simplifies the entire process. The standout feature here is the 4-in-1 header design, which allows you to switch between a traditional rod, a pole, or a ceiling track without needing a complete overhaul of your hardware. These snow white panels offer impressive light-filtering capabilities, blocking between 85% and 92% of incoming light to create a serene atmosphere. While the width is measured flat, you can easily customize the fullness by following the recommended 1.3 to 1.6 ratio for that perfect, luxurious fold. They are surprisingly low-maintenance too, requiring only a gentle cycle or a soft-bristle brush for routine dusting.

Homeowners with soaring ceilings or extra-long sliding doors need the ChadMade Cary Collection to finally achieve that high-end, custom-tailored look without a professional installer. These cream beige drapes utilize a linen-cotton blend that offers a sophisticated texture while providing impressive 80-89% light blocking. I was particularly impressed by the precise engineering of the pinch pleats. The 50-inch width comes with nine pre-set pleats and matching pin hooks, ensuring a structured, uniform hang right out of the box. Just a heads-up: the color leans slightly toward a pale yellow depending on your lighting, so it is wise to order everything at once to ensure dye lot consistency. They are surprisingly easy to maintain via a warm machine wash and low tumble dry.

Imagine waking up in a bedroom that stays cool and dim even as the midday sun beats against your windows. These ChadMade Sapphire Blue drapery panels transform a standard window into a sophisticated focal point with their classic chevron lattice pattern. The 340gsm polyester fabric feels remarkably luxurious, while the integrated 140gsm blackout lining does the heavy lifting by blocking 95% of sunlight and 60% of UV rays. I was particularly impressed by the thoughtful engineering of the pinch pleats. The included hooks feature a clever ratchet system that allows for easy height adjustments. Because the pleats are pre-set at 5.5-inch intervals, you get a professional, tailored look immediately upon installation, making them a standout choice for anyone seeking high-end custom drapery without the custom price tag.

Home theater enthusiasts and light-sensitive sleepers will find this ChadMade drape to be an absolute game-changer for their living spaces. The innovative triple-weave construction isn't just marketing fluff. It actually delivers on the promise of blocking out 92-96% of light and UV rays, which is a massive win for anyone trying to maintain privacy or reduce glare. Beyond the light control, the heavy fabric acts as a thermal barrier, helping to cut down on energy loss by insulating against both heat and cold. I love the premium feel of the antique bronze grommets, which make hanging them incredibly easy. Whether you are outfitting a nursery or a media room, this single panel provides the heavy-duty coverage needed to transform a bright room into a cozy sanctuary.

The ChadMade Leon Collection velvet curtain delivers an immediate sense of luxury through its substantial 440gsm double-layered construction. I was particularly impressed by the weight of the fabric. The 300gsm matte velvet paired with a 140gsm blackout lining creates a drape that feels expensive and hangs beautifully. It is a heavy-duty solution for anyone needing to transform a living room or media studio into a light-controlled sanctuary. The grey tone is rich and sophisticated, making it perfect for creating a contemporary contrast against lighter walls. Just keep in mind that because the grommets create a curved effect, you will need to order extra width to ensure you achieve that desired fullness and total light blockage.
