Best Grommet Curtains in 2026

The LETAU Pinch Pleated Room Darkening Velvet Curtains deliver an immediate sense of luxury through their heavy, weighted fabric. Unlike standard ready-made drapes, these panels arrive with factory-fixed pleats, meaning you don't have to struggle with styling them to look professional. The off-white velvet feels incredibly soft to the touch and provides a significant thermal barrier, helping to keep your living space cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. While they block about 60% of incoming light rather than providing total blackout, they create a wonderfully cozy, dim atmosphere perfect for relaxing. Because they offer a custom-feel service for length adjustments, they feel much more high-end than typical retail window treatments. They are also surprisingly easy to maintain with a simple machine wash.

Anyone struggling with a bedroom that feels more like a sunroom than a sanctuary needs these LETAU velvet drapes immediately. The weighted fabric doesn't just look expensive. It actually performs by blocking roughly 95% of light to create a truly dark sleep environment. I was particularly impressed by the factory-fixed pinch pleats, which save you the headache of trying to style them manually once they arrive. They hang beautifully on both tracks and poles, especially since the hooks are included in the set. Beyond the aesthetics, the thermal insulation is a massive win for keeping utility costs down by repelling seasonal temperature swings. It is rare to find curtains that balance this level of high-end custom styling with the convenience of being machine washable.
