Unlike flimsy knits, this sweatshirt is crafted from 100% cotton, making it incredibly soft and gentle on sensitive skin. I particularly like the 'security' pattern on the back, which adds a trendy, humanized touch to the classic pullover style. You might wonder if a simple cotton hoodie can actually handle a chilly morning walk, but this Otunrues piece is surprisingly substantial. It features a clever dual-layer design with a heavy, thick exterior and a soft, fleecy interior that provides genuine warmth for medium breeds like Frenchies or Corgis. I love that the cut is specifically designed to be long on the back for coverage while remaining cropped at the belly to prevent any accidents during potty breaks. The windproof hood even includes adjustable ties, and there is a quirky little pouch pocket on the back for extra character. Just a heads-up: the fabric doesn't have much stretch, so you'll definitely want to size up based on your dog's chest measurements to ensure a comfortable fit.

The soft, cozy texture of the cotton-fleece blend is the first thing you'll notice when you pull this hoodie over your pup's head. I really appreciated the design choice to skip cumbersome buttons in favor of a simple pullover style that slides easily over your pet's head. The standout feature for chilly walks is definitely the adjustable drawstring hood, which lets you cinch the fabric tight to shield your dog's face from biting winds. Just a heads-up: because this fabric doesn't have much stretch, you really need to prioritize that chest measurement above all else. I'd strongly suggest sizing up to avoid a struggle during dressing time. It's a machine-washable staple for cold weather, though you should definitely air dry it to keep the cotton from shrinking.
