Best Fujifilm Film Instant Cameras in 2026

The biggest mistake people make with instant photography is wasting expensive film on blurry shots you'll regret. The Fujifilm Instax Mini Liplay solves this dilemma by acting as a hybrid bridge between digital convenience and analog charm. Because it allows you to review and select your favorite shots before hitting print, you never have to deal with a wasted exposure again. You can even use your smartphone as a remote shutter for group shots or print photos directly from your phone via Bluetooth. My favorite part is the ability to attach recorded sounds to your prints via QR codes, turning a static image into a living memory. It is a versatile tool that makes instant printing feel intentional rather than accidental.

Most people assume instant film is a limitation, but the Polaroid Now+ 2nd Generation turns that constraint into a playground. While the classic analog feel remains, the Bluetooth integration via the iOS and Android app completely transforms how you capture light. You can experiment with double exposures, light painting, and noise triggers that you simply wouldn't get with a standard point-and-shoot. The dual-lens autofocus system takes the guesswork out of your framing, switching between close-up and standard modes effortlessly. I was especially impressed by the inclusion of a five-filter lens kit, which adds immediate artistic depth to your shots. Plus, the shift toward using 40% recycled plastic makes this a much more thoughtful piece of gear for the modern creator.

The Olympus OM-D E-M10 Mark IV is a compact powerhouse that redefines what a portable mirrorless camera can achieve for everyday creators. Testing this silver body with the 14-42mm EZ lens felt incredibly intuitive, especially with the flip-down monitor that triggers a dedicated selfie mode the moment you tilt it. The 20 MP Live MOS sensor delivers crisp imagery, but the real magic lies in the in-body 5-axis image stabilization, which offers 4.5 shutter speed steps of compensation to keep your handheld shots steady. Whether you are playing with the 16 Art Filters to get that nostalgic instant film look or using the Bluetooth connectivity to sync via the OI Share app, this setup makes high-quality photography feel effortless and fun.
