Best Glorious Pc Gaming Race Gaming Keyboards in 2026

You might wonder if a mouse with literal holes in the shell is just a gimmick, but the Glorious Model O proves that weight reduction is a serious competitive advantage. This ambidextrous setup feels incredibly nimble in the hand, especially for those with medium to large palms looking for speed without sacrificing control. The honeycomb design isn't just for aesthetics. It works alongside the ultra-flexible braided Ascended Cord to mimic the weightless feel of a wireless mouse. Even the glide is exceptional thanks to the pure Virgin PTFE skates that move across surfaces with almost zero friction. Between the six-step DPI customization and the macro-supported buttons, it offers the deep technical tuning required for high-level e-sports play.

Can your keyboard lighting actually transform your entire desk setup? The Glorious Aura V1 Pudding Keycaps answer that with a design that prioritizes RGB vibrancy through translucent sides and legends. These aren't your standard opaque caps. The pudding-style construction is specifically engineered to let light bleed through, making your backlight pop far more than traditional sets. Built from durable, wear-resistant PBT, they feel substantial and resist the greasy shine that plagues cheaper plastics over time. They utilize a standard OEM profile, ensuring a familiar typing feel across a massive range of brands like Razer, Corsair, and Ducky. You even get an extra ASCEND ESC key in the box, which is a nice touch for customization. Just keep in mind they require a standard bottom row for compatibility.

You are staring at a brand-new custom keyboard kit, paralyzed by the fear of committing to a full set of switches that might feel too heavy or sound too clacky. This sample pack from Glorious PC Gaming Race solves that exact dilemma by putting a diverse laboratory of tactile and linear options right on your desk. Instead of guessing, you can physically test six different Gateron varieties alongside eight specialized Kailh models, including the popular Box and Speed series. The inclusion of both lubed and unlubed Panda and Lynx switches is a brilliant touch for comparing smoothness, while the various O-ring thicknesses allow you to fine-tune your acoustic profile. It is essentially a low-risk gateway to finding your perfect typing experience without the wasted investment of a full-size purchase.

Most people assume building a custom mechanical keyboard requires a soldering iron and hours of tedious labor, but the GMMK changes that entire equation. This 85% TKL barebone kit is a playground for enthusiasts because the hot-swappable sockets let you swap linear, tactile, or clicky switches in seconds without any permanent modifications. The build feels surprisingly substantial thanks to the full aluminum top plate, which provides a solid foundation for tuning your acoustic profile toward a clacky or thocky sound. Because it uses a standard ANSI layout, you aren't locked into one aesthetic. You can pair it with almost any third-party keycap set on the market. Between the customizable RGB lighting and the built-in ergonomic stand, it is a versatile base for anyone looking to move beyond generic, pre-built peripherals.

Most gamers assume a keyboard is a permanent commitment, but the GMMK Compact turns your peripheral into a living, breathing project. Instead of being stuck with one feel, the hot-swappable design means you can swap Brown switches for tactile Blues or clicky Greens in under twenty minutes without ever touching a soldering iron. The build quality feels incredibly intentional, anchored by a sleek black anodized aluminum bezel that prevents any sliding during intense sessions. You get full N Key rollover to ensure every simultaneous press registers, alongside a braided 180cm cable for durability. While the RGB lighting offers eighteen customizable effects to match your setup, the real magic lies in the modularity that lets you evolve your typing experience as your preferences change.

The Gateron Linear Switches x Glorious 120-pack delivers an incredibly smooth, frictionless sensation that instantly upgrades any standard mechanical board. I found that the 45g actuation force is the sweet spot for high-speed gaming, allowing for rapid-fire keypresses without feeling mushy or overly heavy. Because these are 3-pin designs with transparent housings, they are a dream for enthusiasts who want to showcase their SMD LED lighting setups. The build quality feels substantial, promising a consistent tactile experience that won't degrade after months of heavy programming or intense gaming sessions. If you are looking to customize a hot-swappable keyboard with a reliable, lightweight linear feel, this bulk pack provides exactly the professional-grade responsiveness you need.

Enthusiasts who crave the perfect middle ground between lightning-fast gaming performance and a traditional typing feel absolutely need these Kailh Pro Purple switches. While many speed switches sacrifice that satisfying tactile bump, these Pro versions maintain a classic mechanical soul by requiring a slight initial resistance that makes every keystroke feel intentional. Developed by Glorious PC Gaming Race for their GMMK series, these interchangeable switches are a dream for DIY builders or anyone looking to refresh their current custom setup. You get the benefit of rapid-fire clicking capabilities without losing the rhythmic, tactile feedback that makes mechanical keyboards so addictive. They strike a rare balance that serves both competitive gamers and heavy typists with equal precision.

The heavy, premium weight of the Black Slate chassis immediately signals that this isn't your standard plastic peripheral. As a barebone 75% TKL kit, the GMMK Pro is a playground for enthusiasts who want to dictate every aspect of their typing experience. You get the structural foundation and a tactile volume knob, but the real magic happens when you slot in your own preferred switches—whether you opt for the recommended Glorious Pandas or go with Cherry and Gateron alternatives. The downward-facing RGB lighting is a clever touch, casting a 16.8 million color glow across your desk rather than just up through the keycaps. It is a highly modular, professional-grade canvas designed specifically for those who view their keyboard as a custom build rather than a finished product.

Your desk setup feels stuck in a rut until you swap out those stock, worn-down plastic covers for something with a bit more character. These black ABS keycaps from Glorious PC Gaming Race offer a quick way to refresh your mechanical keyboard without needing to rebuild the whole board. I found the installation incredibly straightforward, especially since they play nice with Gateron, Kailh, and Cherry MX switches. The design is particularly clever for gamers who rely on RGB lighting. The translucent underside allows the LED glow to shine directly through the letters and special characters, while the solid top layer keeps the rest of the key dark and focused. With 105 pieces in this ISO DE set, you have everything necessary to achieve a sleek, uniform aesthetic across your entire keyboard.

Most gamers settle for static, unchangeable hardware, but the Glorious GMMK breaks that mold by offering a fully modular experience right out of the box. This 85% TKL board features a premium silver and white metal top plate that feels incredibly sturdy under your fingers. I was impressed by the preinstalled Gateron Brown tactile switches. They provide a satisfying bump without being loud enough to disrupt a quiet office environment. Because it is hot-swappable, you can ditch the soldering iron and swap in different 3-pin switches whenever you want a new feel. The RGB lighting is stunningly bright through the ABS keycaps, and the standard ANSI layout ensures you can easily customize your setup with third-party keycaps from brands like Akko or Epomaker. It is a versatile, enthusiast-grade tool that grows with your setup.

Why settle for a static typing experience when you can build a masterpiece from the ground up? The Glorious GMMK Pro White Ice is a dream for enthusiasts who view their keyboard as a canvas rather than a finished tool. This 75% TKL barebone kit puts you in the driver's seat, offering total modularity to swap in your favorite Cherry, Gateron, or Kailh switches. I love how the design focuses on customization, featuring a dedicated volume knob for tactile control and downward-facing RGB that casts a beautiful glow across your desk. While you will need to source your own switches and keycaps, the included removal tools and the ability to mechanically adjust the build make it a rewarding project for gamers and professionals alike.

Late-night coding sessions or intense competitive gaming matches demand a level of tactile precision that lighter switches often fail to provide. These Gateron Black linear switches deliver exactly that through a substantial 60g actuation force, offering a stable and deliberate keypress that prevents accidental inputs. Because they are linear, the movement is incredibly smooth, making them a favorite for enthusiasts who want a seamless feel without the bump of a tactile switch. The 120-pack is a generous amount for a full custom build, and since they are compatible with SMD LEDs and most hot-swappable boards, upgrading your setup is straightforward. You can really feel the durable construction during extended use, ensuring the responsiveness stays consistent long after the initial installation.

Standard plastic keyboard dials often feel cheap and lack the tactile feedback necessary for precise audio control. This aluminum rotary knob from Glorious solves that frustration by adding a premium, weighted feel to your GMMK PRO or numpad setup. The Ocean finish looks stunning, but the real magic is in the engineering. The angled ridges provide an excellent grip for infinite scrolling, while the mute function offers a deeply satisfying click. Installation is a total breeze since you just pull off your old knob and plug this one in without needing any specialized tools. It is a simple, effective way to elevate a custom 75% build into something that feels truly enthusiast-grade.

After weeks of testing this compact powerhouse, the sheer speed of the OptiPoint switches is what truly stands out. The 0.2ms response time makes every movement feel instantaneous, which is a massive advantage in high-stakes gaming. I love that you can actually tune the feel of the board by adjusting the actuation between a light 1mm press for rapid fire or a 1.5mm depth for more intentional typing. The 60% layout is a dream for desk real estate, giving me way more room to swing my mouse during intense matches. Plus, the double shot PBT keycaps feel premium and textured rather than slippery, and knowing I can hot-swap the switches means this board is built to evolve with my setup.

The SteelSeries Apex Pro Mini Wireless sits at the absolute summit of competitive gaming peripherals for players who demand millisecond advantages. By utilizing OmniPoint 2.0 switches, this 60% compact powerhouse delivers response times that make standard mechanical boards feel sluggish. The real magic lies in the customization. You can tweak the actuation depth of every single key to a precise 0.1mm increment. I found the 2-in-1 action key feature particularly transformative, allowing for nuanced movements like walking versus sprinting based on how hard you press. Whether you are utilizing the ultra-low latency 2.4GHz connection for intense matches or switching to Bluetooth 5.0 for productivity, the performance remains seamless. The durable PBT keycaps add a premium, textured feel that ensures your setup stays looking fresh through even the most frantic gaming sessions.

After weeks of use, the tactile satisfaction of the Glorious GMMK Pro has become the centerpiece of my daily desk setup. This 75% layout keyboard hits that sweet spot between space-saving efficiency and full functionality, wrapped in a sleek black chassis. The high-profile gasket mounting provides a premium, cushioned typing experience that makes long sessions feel effortless. I love the versatility of the hotswap PCB, allowing you to swap in Cherry or Kailh switches whenever you want a different feel. Pairing it with the Model O Wireless mouse creates a seamless ecosystem. The mouse is ambidextrous and lightweight, making long hours of use feel effortless. Between the per-key RGB lighting and the flexible braided charging cord for the mouse, this set balances high-end aesthetics with genuine functional flexibility.
