Best 16 Girls Dresses in 2026

IMEKIS builds this butterfly tulle dress for the moments you actually frame — cake smashes, first birthdays, Easter portraits, holiday parties. The lace bowknot at the shoulder and scattered confetti shimmer give it a dressed-up feel without turning stiff, and the soft tulle layers stay comfortable enough for a toddler who would rather crawl than pose. Sizing runs from 6-12 months up through 5-6T, so it covers a first birthday and several celebrations after that. Pastel pink and rainbow tones photograph beautifully against plain backdrops. It's a party dress at a price that won't make you wince, especially for an outfit worn once or twice.

The tulle with confetti, and lace bowknot at the shoulder is why the IMEKIS birthday dress photo's great. That's really what you're going for on your first birthday. The multiple layers of tutu provide a puffy effect for the skirt that's not stiff or anything, and the inside is nice and soft so your baby is comfortable (since she's going to be crawling and clapping and faceplanting in cake all day). You could also wear it to Easter or for holiday pictures or for a tea party or a wedding guest outfit. So you've got multiple uses out of the dress. Comes in sizes 6-12 months to 5-6T. In stock. Oh, the tulle/lace details are delicate so handwash or a laundry bag will help it stay fresh.
