Best Famiware Handmade Plates in 2026

Serving a heavy steak dinner or a saucy bowl of pasta becomes much less stressful when you aren't constantly worrying about spills sliding off the rim. These Famiware stoneware plates feature a thoughtful lip around the edge that keeps sauces and juices exactly where they belong. The dark gray, organic clay construction feels substantial in your hands, and the high-fired glaze ensures your metal cutlery won't leave unsightly scratch marks behind. I love how the black speckled pattern makes each of the four plates look slightly unique, adding a modern rustic vibe to a simple weekday meal. They stack beautifully in my cupboard, and since they are fully microwave and dishwasher safe, cleanup is completely effortless after a long evening of hosting.

They are sturdy enough for daily dishwasher and microwave use while maintaining a high-end, modern rustic aesthetic.

Most people assume mass-produced stoneware looks identical, but these Famiware plates actually embrace imperfection through a unique double reactive glaze.
