Best Amazon Basics Inkjet Printers in 2026

Your home office printer is mid-deadline sprint when a sudden paper jam threatens to derail your entire afternoon. This 20-pound multipurpose paper is designed to prevent exactly that kind of frustration by providing a smooth surface that ensures consistent toner distribution and quick drying times. I found that the 96 brightness level makes a noticeable difference in text clarity, offering a crisp, high-contrast look that works just as well for colorful inkjet documents as it does for standard laser copies. Because it is acid-free, you don't have to worry about your important files turning yellow over time. It is a reliable, no-nonsense staple for anyone running a fax machine, copier, or standard printer daily.

Amazon Basics 30% Recycled Multipurpose Copy Paper delivers an impressive balance of environmental consciousness and everyday reliability. I found that the 20-pound weight strikes that perfect sweet spot for high-volume office work, providing enough substance to prevent frustrating paper jams without being overly heavy. The 92 GE brightness makes text pop against the crisp white surface, which is essential for everything from standard internal memos to important faxed documents. Because it is acid-free, you don't have to worry about your printed materials yellowing or degrading over time. Whether you are running a laser printer or an inkjet, this 5,000-sheet bulk case provides a dependable, eco-friendly solution for keeping a busy workspace running smoothly.

Basics Glossy Photo Paper delivers professional-grade color depth in a highly economical 100-sheet bulk pack. I was particularly impressed by how the 200g/m² weight feels. It has enough heft to feel premium without being so thick that it jams standard inkjet printers. The gloss finish really makes high-contrast images pop, making it an excellent choice for creating physical keepsakes or even small-scale promotional materials. One of the best practical benefits is the smudge-resistant coating. Once the ink dries, the surface remains non-tacky, meaning your prints won't stick to one another when stacked or caught in a photo album. It is a reliable, no-nonsense solution for anyone needing consistent 5 x 7 inch prints without a massive price tag.

Most people assume that professional-grade photo printing requires an expensive boutique paper brand, but this 200g/m² stock proves otherwise. I was surprised by how well the 53lb premium weight handles color saturation without feeling flimsy. The gloss finish really makes the details pop, making it a reliable choice for everything from personal keepsakes to small-scale promotional prints. One of the best functional aspects is the non-tacky surface. The sheets don't stick to each other or leave residue on your hands. Because it is designed specifically for inkjet printers, the ink dries well enough to resist smudging, which is a huge relief when you are printing a large batch of 4 x 6 inch snapshots for an event.

Budget-conscious hobbyists and small business owners looking to bridge the gap between home printing and professional results will find this glossy paper to be a total game-changer. I tested these 69lb sheets and was genuinely impressed by how the high-gloss finish makes colors pop and fine details stand out without the astronomical price tag of boutique brands. The 250g/m² weight provides a nice, flexible durability that feels substantial in your hand, yet it isn't so thick that it jams standard inkjet trays. One of my favorite aspects is the non-tacky finish. It resists smudging beautifully and doesn't feel sticky when you're stacking your finished keepsakes or promotional materials. It is a reliable, high-performance staple for anyone needing consistent photo quality at home.

Amazon Basics Semi Glossy Photo Paper delivers professional-grade color depth that punches far above its weight class. I put these 4 x 6 inch sheets through several inkjet print runs, and the 300g/m² weight provides a satisfying, premium feel that avoids the flimsy texture of cheaper alternatives. The semi-gloss finish is the real winner here, striking a perfect balance by showcasing vibrant details without the intense glare of a full gloss. I was particularly impressed by the smudge-resistant coating. Once the ink dried, the images remained crisp and didn't stick to anything in my storage albums. Whether you are printing family keepsakes or promotional materials, this 100-pack offers a reliable, high-quality solution for any home office.

Why risk your sensitive data with standard cross-cut shredders when you can turn documents into literal confetti? This bundle is a productivity powerhouse for any home office, combining a high-security micro-cut shredder with a massive 4,000-sheet paper supply. The shredder is a beast, capable of handling 150 sheets via the auto-feed tray or 10 sheets manually, and it even tackles credit cards without requiring you to strip staples first. It meets P-4 security standards, producing tiny 5/32 by 15/32 inch pieces that make reconstruction impossible. While the motor needs rest after its 60-minute run time, the included casters and large 8.5-gallon bin make it easy to manage. Paired with the bright, jam-resistant 20lb multipurpose paper, you have everything needed to print and then immediately secure your most private files.
