Most people assume a heavy-duty paper punch requires heavy-duty physical effort, but the Bostitch Office EZ Squeeze completely flips that logic on its head. I was surprised to find that this metal-constructed tool makes punching through a 20-sheet stack feel roughly 50% easier than standard models. The build quality feels substantial rather than flimsy, and the integrated rubber base pad keeps it from skidding across my desk during heavy use. Anyone tired of hand fatigue from repetitive filing tasks needs this specific punch in their desk drawer immediately. The standout feature here is the EZ Squeeze technology, which genuinely makes punching through a 10-sheet stack feel about 50% easier than standard manual punches. I found the curved handles particularly comfortable because of the soft grips, preventing that awkward slipping sensation during heavy use. It is incredibly lightweight and stays jam-free even when you are pushing the capacity to its limit. I also love the clever design where the handles lock closed for compact storage and the built-in compartment neatly catches all the paper scraps, which you can empty easily through a dedicated door. It is a small tool that solves a surprisingly annoying daily friction point.

High-volume administrative professionals will find this electric punch to be an absolute lifesaver for maintaining a streamlined workflow. I love the versatility of the power options. You can plug it into a wall using the included AC adapter or go cordless with six AA batteries if you need to move around the office.
