This Lasting Surprise decor set instantly transforms any space into a spooky celebration with its striking black, orange, and purple color palette. I found the variety within the 14-piece kit particularly impressive, as it mixes different textures like tissue paper pom poms, honeycomb balls, and paper fans to create visual depth. While the items arrive flat to save space, the included step-by-step instructions make the assembly process straightforward, taking roughly 20 minutes to get everything ready for a party. It is a versatile collection that works just as well for a themed birthday or graduation as it does for a traditional Halloween bash. The combination of lanterns and streamers makes it easy to achieve a cohesive, vivid look without having to hunt for matching individual pieces.

Most party hosts settle for flimsy, single-color streamers that fail to capture a specific seasonal mood, but this 23-piece kit brings a coordinated festive energy to any gathering.
