The IPX8 rating provides real peace of mind during snorkeling or kayaking, as it stays sealed even at depths of 3.3 feet. While you'll lose fingerprint functionality, the high-definition transparent windows are impressive, allowing for seamless touchscreen use and Face ID recognition. The inclusion of a sturdy stainless steel snap hook and a secure velcro closure makes this feel like a rugged piece of gear rather than a cheap accessory.

Most people settle for standard dry bags that sink to the bottom the moment they slip, but the Seawisp Universal Pouch changes the game with its integrated floating sponge design. While testing this for water sports, the built-in buoyancy was a lifesaver, keeping the device afloat even if it accidentally drifts away during snorkeling. It accommodates large smartphones up to 7 inches and boasts an IP68 rating, meaning you can dive up to 30 meters without sweating the seal. The high-quality PVC keeps the touchscreen responsive enough for FACE ID and quick navigation, though you'll want to use the physical volume buttons for the best photo results underwater. It feels rugged and dependable, especially with that stainless steel snap hook and soft, adjustable lanyard.

Most waterproof cases are actually a liability because once they slip from your hand, they sink straight to the bottom of the ocean. The Seawisp pouch solves this anxiety with a built-in sponge cushion that keeps your device buoyant, provided your phone stays under the 9.5oz limit. I found the IP68 rating genuinely impressive, offering peace of mind for deep dives up to 30 meters. The high-quality PVC makes swapping your phone in and out effortless, and the transparent window maintains excellent touch sensitivity and Face ID functionality on land. While you can't use the touchscreen while submerged, the design allows you to trigger photos easily using your phone's side volume buttons, making it a reliable companion for snorkeling or beach days.
