Best Foam Pillows in 2026

Waking up with a nagging ache in your neck and shoulder is a frustrating way to start any day. I tested the OS OMYSTYLE Cube Pillow to see if its specific geometry could actually solve that problem for side sleepers. The 5-inch height is the sweet spot for filling that 90-degree gap between your ear and shoulder, keeping your spine perfectly aligned. The 45D memory foam hits that elusive middle ground where it feels soft enough to contour to your neck but firm enough to prevent bottoming out. I especially appreciated the ice silk cover. It stays noticeably cool and breathable, which is a lifesaver if you tend to overheat at night. Beyond the bedroom, its 24-inch length makes it a surprisingly versatile companion for lumbar support in the car or a cozy cushion on the couch.

The OS OMYSTYLE Cube Pillow solves this specific ergonomic gap by using a dense, rectangular memory foam core that actually fills the space between your head and your shoulder. Unlike traditional pillows that require constant fluffing, this cube design maintains a 90-degree alignment to keep your spine straight while you sleep on your side. The high-density foam offers a sophisticated balance of soft contouring and firm support, while the bamboo fiber cover stays remarkably breathable. It is a specialized tool designed strictly for side sleepers looking to eliminate the tossing and turning caused by poor spinal positioning.

The OS OMYSTYLE Cube pillow targets this exact geometry using 45D high-density memory foam that balances softness with enough structural integrity to keep your spine aligned. I found the ice silk cover to be a genuine game-changer for temperature regulation. It stays remarkably cool to the touch rather than trapping heat like standard polyester. Whether you are using the 24-inch length for spooning or propping it under your knees, the slow-rebound foam maintains its shape without bottoming out. It effectively transforms from a dedicated sleep tool into a versatile support cushion for travel or lounging.
