You might assume that a pair gym shorts won't hold up under heavy training, but the BROKIG mesh shorts prove that athletic aesthetics and durability can actually coexist. I was immediately struck by the body-accentuating seam work, which creates a sharp, sculpted silhouette that looks much more expensive than it is. The mesh fabric provides excellent breathability, making them a go-to for intense bodybuilding sessions or even just hiking. They feature a hidden zipper pocket that actually keeps your essentials secure, along with two additional pockets for convenience. Just a heads-up: these are designed with an athletic, snug fit through the thighs. If you aren't looking for that tight, performance-oriented feel and prefer something more relaxed for lounging, definitely size up.

After weeks of intense training sessions, these aquota shorts have become my go-to for both heavy lifting and high-intensity cardio. The waistband is surprisingly sturdy, meaning my phone doesn't pull the shorts down during runs, and the added towel loop on the back is a clever touch for gym sessions. They stay lightweight and dry quickly without pilling, even after several heavy wash cycles. If you prefer a relaxed feel, definitely size up.
