Usage - Use for strength training and conditioning. Exercise with the plate only or slide on to barbell’s with a 2” diameter opening. Please use clamp collars to secure onto the bar. IMPORTANT - 10 lb and 15 lb plates are not designed to be used alone - 10 lb and 15 lb plates will bend.

What’s Inside - 10 lb plates are sold in pairs. 15, 25, 35, 45, and 55 lb plates are sold in singles. All plates have weight signage in pounds and kilograms.
Product Specifications - Size ranges from 17.6” diameter (all sizes) x .75” thick (10 lb plate), 1.25” thick (15 lb), 1.6” thick (25 lb), 2.4” thick (35 lb), 2.8” thick (45 lb), & 3.1” thick (55 lb).
