EASY TO USE -- Cut out the pattern and peel the protective film. Place the tattoo on to skin. Wet the paper until it soaked with wet cloth(warm water will be better).Pressure tattoo lightly and slowly on the paper for 10 seconds. Then remove the tattoo paper, and done.
