PROCESS: This coffee is a natural process coffee. Due to the shortage of water the coffee cherry is dried with the cherry on the bean. It is then separated. This produces an aroma that is fruity. this is NOT off. this is very normal. Please roast mid way from 1st crack to second. This allows for the full sweetness of the bean to develop. If there are any issues or questions please ask us.
