Most people assume a weather radio is just a loud siren, but the real magic of the Midland WR120 series lies in its ability to ignore the noise. Thanks to S.A.M.E. localized programming, this device won't wake you up for a storm happening three counties away. It only triggers when your specific area is actually under threat.
