Early morning jogs through a damp, chilly park require gear that manages moisture without sacrificing warmth. These Russell Athletic sweatpants handle that transition perfectly thanks to the 9 oz medium-weight fleece that traps body heat while the integrated Dri-Power technology pulls sweat away from your skin. I found the fit to be incredibly reliable because of the elastic waistband, which features an internal quick cord to ensure they stay secure during movement. The open bottom design offers a classic silhouette, and the side pockets are deep enough to actually hold your phone or keys without them sliding out. Whether you are warming up for a workout or lounging at home, the balance of thermal retention and moisture management makes these a dependable staple for your athletic wardrobe.

Standard athletic wear often fails men with larger frames by pinching at the thighs or feeling restrictive during movement. These Real Essentials shorts tackle that sizing gap head-on, offering a specialized roomy fit through the hips and legs specifically designed for 3X-5X builds.
