Best 16 Womens Swimwear Bottoms in 2026

ALove Swim Shorts for Women offer an impressive blend of athletic functionality and flattering coverage through their adjustable side drawstrings. During testing, the high waistband proved incredibly effective at providing tummy control while remaining comfortable enough to reach all the way to the belly button. The material feels snug yet breathable, utilizing a quick-dry fabric that maintains its shape without feeling restrictive. I particularly appreciated the V-side design, which allows for much better freedom of movement during active beach games or surfing compared to standard bottoms. Because they are crafted with a non-see-through design and include UPF50+ protection, you can transition from swimming to jogging without worrying about sun exposure or wardrobe malfunctions. These black boardshorts are a versatile staple that stays securely in place without rolling up.

The soft, stretchy fabric of this ALove swim skirt feels incredibly lightweight against the skin, making it a breeze to wear from the pool to the tennis court. I was particularly impressed by the adjustable side pull ties, which allow you to customize the fit to your exact comfort level. The high-waisted design features an elastic band that offers reliable tummy control, while the built-in brief ensures you have full, secure coverage without the fear of the fabric rolling up during activity. It is a versatile piece that transitions easily from a workout at the gym to a casual day at the beach. Just a quick heads-up: the sizing tends to run a bit small, so I highly recommend ordering one size up to ensure the perfect fit.

The ALove High Waisted Swim Skirt offers an incredible tummy control solution that feels both secure and stylish. I was particularly impressed by the ruched design, which works alongside the high waistband to smooth your silhouette without feeling restrictive. The built-in panty is a game changer because it features moisture-wicking fabric that provides full coverage and prevents that dreaded see-through effect when wet. I also love the adjustable side ties. They add a chic decorative touch while helping to accentuate your natural curves and legs. Since it follows a slim fit style, I definitely recommend sizing up for the best experience. With its UPF 50+ rating and elastic waistband, it is a reliable choice for everything from laps in the pool to lounging on the sand.

Most swimwear bottoms force you to choose between coverage and style, but the ALove swim skirt offers a functional middle ground that actually feels secure. I found the Pale Aqua fabric to be impressively soft and quick-drying, which is essential when transitioning from a pool session to a casual beach walk. The high-waisted design provides effective tummy control, while the adjustable side pull ties allow you to customize the fit to your comfort level. A standout feature is the built-in brief. It ensures full coverage and prevents the skirt from rolling up during active movement. Whether you are hitting the tennis courts or just lounging, this versatile skort works seamlessly with various tankini tops. Just a heads-up: the sizing runs a bit small, so I highly recommend ordering one size up for the best fit.

You are diving into a game of beach volleyball or paddling out for a surf session and finally feel secure because your swimwear isn't riding up or shifting. These ALove boy leg swim shorts offer a level of modesty that standard bikini bottoms often lack, thanks to the extended leg design and a high-waisted silhouette that smooths the midsection. The fabric is impressively breathable and quick-drying, which is a lifesaver when transitioning from a swim to a hike. I particularly like the built-in brief. It adds a layer of much-needed support and coverage without feeling bulky. Whether you are pairing them with a rash guard for surfing or a tankini for lounging, the stretchy elastic waistband ensures a comfortable, flattering fit that stays put during active outdoor recreation.
