You might assume a three-pack of spiral notebooks is just another bundle of thin, bleed-through paper, but the Annecy set actually delivers on substance. After testing the 120gsm beige paper, the most immediate difference is how it handles heavy ink. The thickness significantly minimizes ghosting and bleeding, making it a dream for those who rely on highlighters or markers. The large 8.5 x 11-inch format provides plenty of real estate for detailed study notes or sketches, while the waterproof covers offer much-needed protection for commuters or students. I particularly liked the double spiral binding, which allows the notebook to lay flat and flip easily without catching. It is a reliable, professional-feeling kit for anyone who needs consistent quality for daily journaling or academic work.

Having three separate books means you can categorize different projects using the included multicolor labels, all while the waterproof covers protect your work from the elements during outdoor use.

Most people assume that thick paper is only necessary for professional artists, but the 120gsm weight in these Annecy journals actually changes the entire tactile experience for everyday note-taking. The beige paper is substantial enough to prevent the annoying ghosting and bleeding that usually ruins a good pen session. Because they use a double spiral binding and a waterproof cover, these notebooks feel rugged enough to toss into a backpack for outdoor sketching or travel without worrying about spills. Each A5 book offers 160 pages of 5x5mm dot grid, giving you plenty of room to switch between structured bullet journaling and loose doodling. It is a surprisingly versatile set that balances portability with a premium, heavy-duty feel.

Since they come in three distinct depths—ranging from 3.7 to 5.7 inches—I was able to stagger them creatively to fit everything from small spices to heavier books. Because each piece is hand-painted, the subtle variations in the black rustic finish give them a high-end, artisanal character that looks much more expensive than the price tag suggests.

Most parents dread the inevitable clutter of school drawings, but this frame turns a mounting pile of paper into a curated gallery without the constant struggle of taking frames off the wall. The real genius lies in the spring-loaded compartment and the latch system that allows you to swap out new masterpieces while the frame stays securely mounted. It accommodates standard 8.5x11 inch art with a mat or fits 10x12.5 inch pieces without one, and the 1.5-inch depth is surprisingly deep, holding up to 50 artworks depending on their thickness. Using tempered shatter-resistant glass instead of flimsy plastic provides a much clearer view of the art while keeping things safe around kids. It is a clever, high-capacity solution for anyone tired of seeing precious memories shoved into junk drawers.
