Best Artistik in 2026

You are hunched over your desk, squinting at a tiny fantasy figurine, trying to apply a microscopic highlight to an eye socket without smearing the base coat. This is exactly where the Artistik precision kit earns its keep. Instead of hunting through different drawers for the right tool, you have a cohesive collection of round, liner, flat, and spot brushes ready at a moment's notice. The high-quality hairs hold their shape even after multiple sessions, which is a massive relief compared to cheaper sets that fray instantly. The rust-proof ferrules and ergonomic design make long painting sessions much more comfortable, while the included black carrying case ensures your specialized tools stay organized and protected when you head to a gaming meetup.

The ARTISTIK Mixed Media Art Set turns a simple wooden storage box into a fully functional mobile studio. I was impressed by how this kit manages to pack everything a beginner needs—from acrylic paints and oil pastels to three canvas boards—into one compact, organized space. The adjustable tabletop easel is the real star here, acting as both a sturdy painting surface and a convenient carrying case with its built-in storage drawer. Whether you are a kid dipping your toes into sketching or an adult looking for a portable creative outlet, the inclusion of essential tools like an HB pencil, sharpener, and various brush sizes means you won't be hunting for supplies mid-project. It is a thoughtful, all-in-one solution for anyone wanting to start painting without the clutter of loose supplies.

Why settle for a cramped workspace when you can transform any table into a professional studio? The Artistik desktop easel is a standout solution for anyone needing a portable yet stable workstation for sketching or painting. Crafted from sturdy, oil-finished beechwood, this easel feels significantly more premium than the flimsy tripod versions often found in budget kits. I was particularly impressed by the six adjustable angles, ranging from a 30-degree tilt to a steep 75-degree upright position, which allows you to find that perfect ergonomic sweet spot. It easily accommodates A2 sized works and comes as a complete starter bundle with acrylic paints, brushes, and a palette. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned pro, the lightweight design makes it incredibly easy to fold up and move between your lap and a desk.

The smooth, natural grain of the seasoned beechwood feels substantial and premium the moment you touch it. It is a surprisingly lightweight solution that manages to feel sturdy enough for both students and seasoned professionals looking to expand their repertoire.

Most artists settle for thin, flimsy paper that buckles the moment a brush touches it, but this ARTISTIK dual-pack offers a much more stable foundation. At 140lb/300gsm, these cold pressed pages feel incredibly substantial and can handle heavy washes without the dreaded warping or bleeding. I found the texture perfect for layering, whether you are working with delicate watercolors or heavier mediums like acrylic and charcoal. Because the paper is 100% acid-free, you don't have to worry about your colors shifting or fading over time. The left-bound, glued construction keeps the sheets secure even during intense mixed media sessions, making it a reliable companion for both quick sketches and finished masterpieces.

Whether you are working on an 18-inch canvas at home or heading outdoors with the integrated metal handle, this compact unit keeps everything organized and ready to go.

Achieving a consistent, high-shine metallic finish without the frustration of muddy or dull pigments is a constant struggle for many creators. These Artistik gold acrylic tubes solve that by delivering a highly pigmented, lightfast medium that maintains its brilliance even when thinned with water. I found the medium body texture works beautifully for adding texture to portraits or covering large areas on canvas and wood with even coverage. Whether you are blending tints into an existing palette or working on mixed media like glass and ceramic, the color remains true and vibrant.

The creamy, thick consistency of these tubes makes immediate color mixing a total breeze. I was impressed by how much pigment is packed into each 120ml tube, allowing for bright, vivid tints without needing a massive amount of product to achieve opacity. Because the paint is water-based, it glides onto canvas or wood with smooth, even coverage and dries quickly enough to keep a workflow moving. The squeeze tubes are remarkably easy to control, and the little hang tabs are a clever touch for keeping everything organized and ensuring the paint stays fluid. Whether you are layering texture on a portrait or working on a school project, this non-toxic white is a reliable staple for any mixed media kit.
