The DGA Signature Line Blunt Gumbputt is a specialized putting and approach tool that delivers surprising stability for its low-speed profile. Testing this disc feels intuitive because the flight ratings of Speed 2, Glide 2, Turn 0, and Fade 2 create a predictable, straight flight path that settles into a gentle finish. The Signature Line plastic provides a premium feel in the hand, which is vital when you are working on fine motor control around the basket. I particularly appreciated that this disc actually floats in water, saving you from a long walk to a pond after a misfire. You might assume a portable setup would sacrifice catching ability, but the DGA Mach Lite proves that mobility doesn't have to mean mediocrity. I was skeptical about how a folding unit would handle high-speed drives, yet the sturdy steel frame and sixteen heavy-duty chains provide a surprisingly stable target. The standout feature is definitely the patented sliding links, which keep the chains responsive even when you're setting up in less-than-ideal terrain. It folds down completely—basket, base, and top—making it incredibly easy to toss into the included shoulder-strap bag.
