It is surprisingly effective at releasing muscle tension and providing sensory stimulation during physical therapy exercises. I love how portable it is. The compact size means I can toss it in my gym bag without any bulk. Safety was a major concern for me, but the honeycomb structure is a game-changer because it prevents sudden pops, allowing for a slow, controlled deflation if it gets punctured. Whether you are working on core stability or just need a tool to improve coordination, this little ball delivers professional-grade utility for a very modest price.
