Home bakers who are tired of flimsy cloth mitts that leave their wrists exposed need this Firstall set immediately. I was impressed by how the combination of neoprene and cotton provides a level of flexibility that most heavy-duty gloves lack, making it easy to actually maneuver hot dishes. The 7x13 inch mitts are long enough to guard your forearms, which is a lifesaver when reaching into a preheated oven. Because of the non-slip silicone design, I felt much more secure gripping heavy ceramic bakers without the fear of them sliding out of my hands.
