Sillbird’s 12-in-1 Solar Robot Building Kit has lots of engineering aspects in it. The kit has 190 parts. Children, aged 8-13, can construct 12 machines, including robots and cars. They can start building easy to hard robots, cars, etc. It’s a growing kit that can match up with their building experience. The improved solar panel is the main attraction! The solar panel absorbs the sunlight enough to drive the model outside. When it’s not possible to go outside, we can use a flashlight to operate the model indoors. My testers could build by themselves most of the time (due to the clear instructions). But children may need some assistance. It’s a non-screen activity. It’s hands-on. It’s also providing an introduction to renewable energy.

The Intex Automatic Pool Cleaner takes the manual labor out of pool maintenance by autonomously navigating your pool floor. I found that the standout benefit is the way it automatically reverses direction, ensuring it doesn't get stuck in one corner but instead vacuums the entire surface area. It is designed specifically for pools with a diameter of 24 feet or smaller, making it a perfect fit for standard above-ground setups. Setup is straightforward since the included 24-foot hose connects directly to your existing pool inlet. Just ensure your filter pump maintains a flow rate between 1,600 and 4,000 GPH to keep the vacuum moving effectively. It is a reliable, low-effort solution for keeping your water clear without spending your weekends scrubbing the bottom.

Owners of smaller above-ground pools will find this automatic cleaner to be a total lifesaver for maintaining a clear floor without the manual labor. This lightweight, grey unit uses water pressure to drive a specialized jet that sweeps debris into an internal net, while a small brush underneath handles the floor scrubbing. It is specifically designed for pools up to 24 feet in diameter and relies on your filter pump's flow rate to navigate. I love how it automatically reverses direction to ensure every inch of the pool floor gets covered. Just remember that you need a pump with a flow rate between 1,600 and 3,500 GPH and a clean skimmer basket to keep it running efficiently.
