Because you use your drill's speed trigger, you actually get much finer control over the motor than you would with a cheap handheld mixer, which helps prevent messy splatters. It is a clever, cost-effective hack for bakers who want professional power without the permanent footprint of a dedicated stand mixer. Plus, since they are dishwasher safe, cleanup is a breeze after a heavy baking session.
