Most fitness enthusiasts settle for static wrist weights that restrict movement, but these MaxxMMA gloves actually integrate resistance directly into your hand strikes. During testing, the neoprene material felt incredibly snug, providing a no-slip fit that stayed secure even during high-intensity kickboxing or rapid aerobic movements. The standout feature is the modularity. You get a total of 2 lbs, but you can strip them down to 0.5 lb packs per glove to scale the intensity. This adjustability makes them perfect for transitioning from pure hand-speed coordination drills to heavy shoulder-strength sculpting. Whether you are working on MMA strikes or just adding a bit of extra burn to your cardio routine, the ability to customize the load is a game changer.
