Best Monster Equips in 2026

Monster Equips PRO Soft Feel balls are a game-changer for high-handicap players struggling with accuracy. I found that the 75 compression rating works wonders for keeping shots straight, specifically by minimizing the punishing side-spin that usually leads to slices or hooks. The custom DuPont Surlyn cover provides a satisfyingly soft feel at impact, while the matte pink finish makes tracking your ball through the air or in the rough incredibly easy. Thanks to the 332 aerodynamic dimple pattern, the flight stays stable even when you're battling a headwind. These are durable, two-piece construction balls that prioritize distance and control without breaking the bank, and the included tees make the 12-pack a complete ready-to-play kit.

Monster Equips PRO Soft Feel Ultimate Distance Golf Balls deliver an incredibly smooth impact thanks to their specialized matte finish. I was particularly impressed by how the 75 compression rating works to combat those frustrating slices and hooks, keeping my shots much straighter down the fairway. The 2-piece Surlyn construction feels rugged and holds up well against various terrains, while the 332 aerodynamic dimple pattern really helps stabilize the flight when the wind starts picking up. Plus, having the included golf tees makes this a complete, ready-to-play package that works great as a gift or a personal upgrade for your bag.

Most golfers assume a soft leather glove means sacrificing grip the moment the humidity rises, but the Monster Equips design challenges that trade-off. I was impressed by how the dual leather grip design on the palm works alongside precise, non-slip stitching to maintain control through various weather conditions. The construction feels incredibly intentional. While the palm utilizes premium Cabretta leather for that classic tour feel, the surface integrates spandex and a 4-way stretch synthetic on the knuckles to prevent that stuffy, sweaty sensation common in traditional gloves. It stays thin and lightweight, yet the Velcro closure and specialized sewing thread provide a secure, snug fit that doesn't feel restrictive during a full swing. It is a rare find that balances breathable moisture-wicking technology with heavy-duty durability.

Most golfers assume that a soft-feeling ball means sacrificing distance, but the Callaway Supersoft challenges that exact trade-off. After testing this 2021 version, the standout factor is how the Hybrid Cover—engineered with a specialized PARALOID Impact Modifier—manages to deliver a plush feel without the typical loss of velocity. You get a high launch and low spin on long drives thanks to the High Speed Soft Compression Core, which maximizes energy transfer when you strike it. I was particularly impressed by the HEX Aerodynamics, which helps the ball fight drag to maintain a higher flight and better carry. It is a rare find that balances effortless greenside control with the raw speed needed for distance.

Most golfers assume that a softer ball means sacrificing distance, but the Callaway Supersoft proves that compression and velocity can actually work in harmony. During testing, the ultra-low compression core felt incredibly plush at impact, yet it managed to generate surprising ball speed that kept my drives competitive. The standout feature is the new Low-Drag HEX Aerodynamics, which helps the ball stay airborne longer through enhanced lift. I also found the new Trionomer cover formulation to be a game-changer for short game precision. It offers a dampened, soft feel that provides much-needed greenside control. Whether you are looking for straighter flight paths or just a more tactile connection to the ball, this matte pink option delivers a premium experience without the premium stiffness.

Most golfers assume that chasing extra distance means sacrificing the ability to stop the ball on the green, but the Titleist Pro V1x completely defies that logic. During testing, the most striking aspect was how the ball maintains a penetrating, low-spin trajectory during long drives while still offering that elusive drop-and-stop control when you approach the pin. You get a remarkably consistent flight that doesn't feel flighty or unpredictable in the wind. It is rare to find a ball that handles the power of a long game and the finesse of a short game with such equal proficiency. Whether you are trying to pierce through a gust or stick a delicate wedge shot, the performance feels incredibly dialed in.

The Vice Golf Pro Drip Red & Blue balls deliver an incredible amount of short game spin thanks to their specialized three-piece cast urethane construction. Beyond the technical specs, the newly designed closed alignment line makes aiming much more intuitive during your setup. Whether you are driving for distance off the tee or trying to stop a wedge shot dead on the green, these balls offer a level of forgiveness that caters to a wide range of skill levels. The striking yellow and black Truvis pattern isn't just for aesthetics. It makes tracking your ball in flight much easier during high-stakes rounds.

Most golfers settle for hard, unresponsive balls that sacrifice control for distance, but the Vice Pro Soft Hue Blue Light changes that equation entirely. I found that the three-piece cast urethane construction provides an incredibly soft feel off the club, which is a game-changer for anyone with a medium or low swing speed. The extra-thin cover is specifically engineered to boost short game spin, giving you much better command around the greens. The Bridgestone Golf e12 Contact Red aims to do exactly that by utilizing Contact Force Dimples to increase surface contact by 38% during impact. This isn't just about raw distance. It is about the efficiency of energy transfer. During testing, the optimized aerodynamics and specialized mantle work together to penalize those errant slices and hooks on full shots, keeping your flight much straighter. While the driver provides long, stable trajectories, the softer core ensures you don't sacrifice feel, providing a plush sensation on approach shots. You also get much-needed friction around the green for better spin control, making this a versatile option trusted by pros like Tiger Woods and Bryson DeChambeau.

The vibrant yellow hue of these Bridgestone e6 golf balls catches the sunlight instantly, making them incredibly easy to track against a green fairway. I was impressed by how the reengineered design balances a softer, larger core with a seamless cover to deliver a unique combination of power and responsiveness. You get a faster compression that drives the ball further, yet the soft feel remains consistent during short approaches for better spin control. It is easy to see why this brand was recognized as the top ball fitter in recent industry surveys. You get a high-performance experience that doesn't sacrifice the tactile feedback necessary for a confident short game, making it a versatile choice for any bag.
