I was particularly impressed by the ergonomics. The handles feature subtle curves designed to nestle into your palm, preventing that annoying slip during a meal. Since they are crafted from 18/8 stainless steel, they possess a sturdy, substantial weight without feeling cumbersome or bending under pressure.
