Weighing in at a substantial 8.6 pounds, this 13.25 x 19.25-inch pan offers incredible thermal stability for grilling up to twelve oysters simultaneously. Whether you are working with half-shells or shucked oysters, the non-stick coating ensures everything releases perfectly without the usual cast iron cleanup headache. Beyond the seafood, I found its versatility surprising. It functions beautifully as a vessel for cornbread or bubbling mac and cheese. It is a rugged, multi-purpose tool designed to transition seamlessly from the heat of the oven to a beautiful tabletop presentation.

The Outset Double Wall Cocktail Measuring Jigger stands out because its insulated construction keeps your measurements temperature-stable, whether you are pouring ice-cold gin or hot espresso. This isn't some flimsy plastic tool. It is a heavyweight 304 stainless steel instrument that feels substantial in your hand. I was particularly impressed by the precision of the etched internal markings, which provide increments as fine as a quarter ounce on the single-shot side. Because the lines are permanently engraved, you won't have to worry about them fading after a few rounds of heavy use. It is a versatile, dual-sided essential that works just as well for a home bartender as it does for a professional barista measuring ristretto shots.

Imagine sliding twenty-two jumbo shrimp directly from a roaring campfire onto this heavy-duty Outset grill pan for a perfect, smoky sear. This isn't just another piece of kitchenware. The double-wall construction is the real hero here, effectively preventing that frustrating moment when your coffee goes cold or your iced drink turns lukewarm. I was particularly impressed by how the secure lid handles the bumps of a car ride, effectively stopping spills on your desk or upholstery. Weighing just under seven ounces, this two-pack offers a sleek, lightweight solution for anyone tired of re-heating drinks or dealing with messy leaks.

Can a single bar tool truly transform a standard mojito into a craft cocktail experience? The Outset Professional Cocktail Muddler proves it can by combining rugged durability with a striking aesthetic. Crafted from sustainably harvested acacia wood, each piece showcases unique, natural color variations that look stunning on a home bar. I found the ergonomic design particularly impressive. The Outset Non-Stick Grill Skillet is a total game-changer for outdoor cooks who want that perfect char without the mess. What really sets this piece apart is the clever perforated grilling surface. The tiny holes are sized perfectly to let flavors infuse while preventing delicate shrimp or sliced vegetables from slipping through the grates. I love how the detachable handle works, allowing you to leave the skillet right on the grill top so you can step away and multitask without worrying about a hot handle. It transitions seamlessly from the grill to the oven, and because the surface is PTFE and PFOA free, cleanup is incredibly fast. It is a versatile, lightweight addition to any backyard setup.

Outdoor enthusiasts and seafood lovers absolutely require this Outset cast iron pan to prevent delicate filets from slipping through traditional grill grates. This heavy-duty piece is a versatile workhorse that transitions seamlessly from a stovetop to an oven or even a rugged camping trip. Because it relies on a natural seasoning process rather than added oils, the surface actually improves and becomes more nonstick the more you use it. It is remarkably efficient at distributing heat across any flame, making it just as capable of sautéing mushrooms or asparagus as it is searing a fresh catch. While it requires diligent hand washing and immediate drying to maintain its longevity, the decades of service you get in return make it a kitchen essential.

Serious breakfast enthusiasts need this Outset press to finally conquer the dreaded bacon curl. I was immediately impressed by the heft of the 1.4-pound cast iron construction, which provides the necessary weight to keep strips perfectly flat on the pan. The thick grooves do more than just distribute heat. They leave behind professional-looking grill marks and a charming pig design that makes your morning meal look like it came from a high-end bistro. While the cast iron adds a unique depth of flavor to your cooking, the wooden handle is the real hero, staying remarkably cool even when the stovetop is cranking. Just remember that this is a hand-wash only tool to keep that metallic finish in top shape for years.

I particularly appreciate the 25-inch total length, which provides a much-needed safety buffer between your hands and the intense heat of the grill. The rosewood handle is a thoughtful touch, as it conducts heat much slower than metal, preventing accidental burns during use. Once you've achieved that perfect sear on one side, the basket flips effortlessly to finish the job. Plus, the integrated locking mechanism makes tucking it away in your storage bin quick and secure.

Most people assume corn holders are just tiny, flimsy toothpicks that get lost in a junk drawer, but these Outset oversized versions actually change the ergonomics of summer grilling. Instead of struggling with miniature plastic sticks, you get substantial, soft-grip handles that make maneuvering hot cobs feel incredibly secure. The threaded prongs are a clever touch, screwing easily into the corn so you aren't fighting against the grain to get a grip. Since they are crafted from BPA-free tritan and polypropylene, they handle the heat well—you can even boil them or toss them in the microwave. They are built for real kitchen utility, surviving the dishwasher just as easily as they handle a backyard barbecue.

Serious outdoor cooks know that a standard wire brush often isn't enough to tackle stubborn, baked-on grease without damaging the cooking surface. These Outset metallic mesh scrubbers are the essential secondary tool for anyone protective of their grill's longevity. Crafted from durable stainless steel, the woven design is specifically engineered to be non-clogging and non-abrasive, meaning you get a deep clean without the risk of scratching your grates. They are incredibly compact at 4 x 4 inches, making them easy to tuck into a kitchen drawer when the grill is covered. You can use them as standalone pads or pair them with specific compatible brushes for a more aggressive cleaning session, providing a versatile solution for maintaining a pristine cooking environment.

Most people assume that heavy-duty cleaning requires harsh metal bristles that inevitably scratch up expensive cooking surfaces. The Outset mesh scrubber flips that logic on its head by using stainless steel mesh pads that are surprisingly gentle on porcelain and all other grill types. During testing, the standout trick was submerging the woven mesh pads in water before scrubbing. This creates a steam-cleaning effect that lifts stubborn residue with much less effort. The short, sturdy handle feels comfortable in your hand, giving you enough control to navigate tight corners without the bulk of a long-handled brush. Since it comes with two replaceable, non-clogging pads, you can keep the tool effective for much longer than a standard disposable brush.

It is a rare blend of traditional aesthetics and genuine utility.

The weightless feel of these hand-blown borosilicate glasses makes your first sip of a gin martini feel incredibly sophisticated. These are surprisingly lightweight yet offer the high-end aesthetic of crystal without the heavy price tag. Whether you are serving a Cosmopolitan or even using them for elegant dessert portions, the modern stemless silhouette adds a contemporary flair to any bar setup.
