Most high-density mats end up feeling like cheap foam that crumbles after a month, but the RitFit Upgraded Folding Exercise Mat actually holds its shape. I was skeptical about whether a folding design could maintain stability, yet the tridensity padding provides a solid foundation for everything from intense MMA sessions to core workouts. The PU leather cover is a game changer because it stays grippy even when you're sweating, and it wipes clean almost instantly. It lays remarkably flat, which is a huge relief when you're trying to hold a plank without feeling the seams. Plus, the integrated nylon handles make it surprisingly easy to toss in the car for travel, making it a versatile piece of gear for any home gym setup.

The two-inch tridensity padding provides a level of stability that makes holding difficult planks or calisthenics much more manageable. I found the PU leather cover to be impressively sweat-resistant and easy to wipe down after a heavy session, which is vital for longevity. Landing a heavy plank or a high-impact gymnastics move on a standard thin yoga mat usually results in bruised joints and a jarring impact against the floor. The RitFit Upgraded Folding Exercise Mat changes that dynamic entirely with its exclusive tridensity padding that offers a massive two inches of support. During my testing, the non-toxic foam felt incredibly stable, refusing to crumble or ripple even under intense calisthenics.
