With the bolt slid into place, screw the 10mm bolt into the frame next to the head of the bolt. Don't completely tighten. Slide the shock bolt back and bolt the other side into the frame. Slide the bolt back into position. Tighten the first side. Put the nut onto the shock bolt and tighten with two 3/4" wrenches. Bolt the bottom of the shock into the axle bracket.
