Best Spall in 2026

You might doubt whether a lightweight guard can actually handle heavy impact, but these Spall forearm protectors prove that density doesn't require bulk. I put these through their paces, and the combination of thick padding and a breathable exterior makes them feel like a natural extension of your arm rather than a cumbersome piece of gear. The soft EVA inner lining is a game-changer for long sparring sessions, preventing that annoying skin irritation common with cheaper guards. Because they use adjustable elastic loop tape straps, you get a secure, customized fit that stays put during high-intensity movement. They offer impressive impact resistance while remaining light enough that they won't slow your striking speed down during MMA or kickboxing drills.

The NXT NXTRND Rush stands as a top-tier choice for high-impact athletes who refuse to compromise on safety. After testing the dual density frame technology, it is clear that this isn't just another piece of plastic.
