I found that the heavy-duty construction holds up well to the constant pulling and bending required for fine motor skill development. Whether you are using them in a preschool classroom or for occupational therapy at home, the ability to connect and build unique structures keeps kids occupied. The construction feels incredibly sturdy, supporting up to 220 lbs, which means they aren't just for toddlers. Even teens can test their stability. Because the bottoms and edges are wrapped in slip-resistant rubber, you can move them from the indoor tile to the backyard grass without worrying about them sliding out from under a child's feet. It is a rare find that manages to be both a high-energy physical workout and a safe, controlled play activity.

They are heavy-duty enough to support sitting or standing, making them versatile tools for both active gym sessions and structured preschool activities.
