Best Thunderbird Lacrosse in 2026

You might assume a shaft at this price point is just another heavy, clunky piece of metal, but the Thunderbird Lacrosse Premium Attack Shaft proves otherwise. After spending time with it, the first thing that hits you is the weight—or rather, the lack of it. Clocking in at just 150 grams, it feels incredibly nimble in your hands, which is exactly what you want when you're looking to increase your shot speed and agility on the field. The use of airplane-grade 7006 aluminum gives it a structural integrity that punches way above its weight class. Metal shafts might offer raw strength, but they can never replicate the organic feedback of real Pennsylvania ash. Whether you are a midfielder or an attacker, the flexibility of the ash allows the stick to bend under strain without losing its structural integrity.
