Because they are coated with a PE material, they handle oil and moisture beautifully, meaning you won't end up with greasy fingerprints or soggy cardboard. They are roughly 9.45 inches, making them the perfect size for appetizers or desserts at a graduation or wedding. While you definitely cannot pop these in the microwave, the convenience of tossing them after a party to avoid a mountain of dishes is a total game-changer for hosting.
