To use as a shower and bath oil, for dry skin, apply on skin prior to shower or add at least 20 drops to a bath.</p>

<p>MOISTURIZING OIL FOR DRY HANDS & VITAMIN E OIL FOR FACE- To use as a hand oil for dry hands, apply 3 to 5 drops per hand and rub in to absorb. To reduce fine lines and dark spots, apply 3 to 5 drops on face after shower and/or in evening before bed. Pat down on face and avoid eyes. </p>
