The 16" x 20" main compartment easily swallowed my gym shoes and a towel, while the dedicated zipper pockets kept my phone and wallet secure from pickpockets. I particularly liked the thick drawstrings. They don't dig into your shoulders even when the bag is loaded with a soccer ball or heavy gear. Plus, being able to toss the whole thing in the washing machine makes cleaning up post-workout incredibly simple.
