The new K-Link communication method with the A360X Tuna Sun and A360X Tuna Blue is an upgrade of the old 0-10V Kessil Spectral Controller, allowing users to network multiple A360X lights together (up to 32 fixtures per chain) and set individual groups to run their own programs. K-Link is also a two-way communication, meaning the Spectral Controller X can detect the number of lights in the network, the status of the lights, etc.

The Controller X comes with one K-Link port and one 0-10V output port. The K-Link port allows users to connect to the new A360X, while the 0-10V port is for Kessil’s 0-10V light fixture (A360WE, A360NE, A80 and A160). With the 0-10V port you need to use the older Unit Link Cable (not included with Controller X). To connect to more than one light you will need an extra K-Link Cable for each additional light. A single K-Link Cable comes with the Spectral Controller X.

The KESSIL A360X TUNA BLUE LED LIGHT is the latest offering from Kessil.

The A360X is LOWER PROFILE, BUT BRIGHTER than the A360WE or A360NE. It features a low profile design with higher light output, thanks to the redesigned, first-class sunflower heat sink. 25% brighter than the A360WE or A360NE. 30" X 30" coverage area. The A360X has MORE COLOR CONTROL. The 360X has more color control, opening unlimited color combinations for aesthetics while maintaining the performance of the core spectrum. You will need a Kessil Spectral Controller X to access all the colors.

The A360X features LOW DIMMING. There is smoother color transitioning and dimming, including moonlight effect. It's also SMARTER. The Kessil AP9X LED Aquarium Light is the successor to Kessil's powerful AP700 LED Aquarium Light. Like the AP700, the AP9X is 180 watts and covers a 4 foot by 2 foot mixed reef or a 3 foot X 2 foot SPS reef. All other aspects of the light have been improved on.

The new Kessil AP9X Mounting Arm is NOT included (separate purchase). The light weight design of the AP9X allows the use of a new single lower profile mounting arm for each light. The new mounting arms have the ability to swivel if you want to angle the light and reduce shadows and light bleed.

Lighter weight, lower profile design. The AP9X is smaller and lighter than the AP 700. It's a more attractive light that is easier to mount. New LED colors. The LED clusters have a new Violet Channel (similar to a 20K radium halide) that helps coral color pop and growth.

The Kessil Aquarium Light Mounting Arms can be used to mount the Kessil AP700, Kessil A350/A360 and Kessil A150/A160. For the Kessil AP700 you will need TWO Mounting Arms. For Kessil A350/A360 and Kessil A150/A160 you will only need ONE. NOTE: To use with the A150/A160 you will need to use the bracket that came with the light.

The Mounting Arm height is adjustable. For the AP700 the bottom of light can be up to 16 inches from the top of the water. For all other Kessil lights the bottom of the light can be up to 13 inches from the top of the water.
