This is one of our personal favorites! It has a hint of bourbon, and the full flavor of pecans. The bourbon flavor is extenuated if you drink the coffee black. Some sugar will effect the bourbon while leaving the pecan taste nice and nutty. For a real treat, brew a pot of this coffee at double strength , fill a glass with ice. Now fill half the glass with milk first, and finish it off with the coffee. Optionally add a little sugar to taste.
