They are built for the grit of the outdoors with 65mm wheels, smooth ABEC 3 bearings, and an indestructible ROCK plate to handle real-world terrain. If you are a woman, definitely size down one full size to get that perfect, snug fit.

The uneven texture of a sun-baked asphalt sidewalk disappears the moment you lace up these Boardwalk skates. I took these out for a long afternoon cruise, and the soft 78A polyurethane wheels did a fantastic job absorbing the vibrations from rougher terrain. The 78A motion wheels and ABEC 3 bearings offer a smooth glide, while the lightweight trucks and urethane cushions help absorb the shock of the sidewalk. I was particularly impressed by the triple-threat closure system. Combining laces, straps, and buckles ensures your feet stay locked in place without any slipping. Even when pushing through high-strength maneuvers, the aluminum alloy bearings and built-in shock absorbers deliver a surprisingly smooth, cushioned glide that absorbs much of the road vibration.

These are purpose-built for indoor skating rinks, so don't expect to take them on rough outdoor pavement. The Carrera toe stop provides the necessary control for maneuvers, but there is one crucial thing to keep in mind before you buy: the sizing runs large. I highly recommend selecting one size down from your usual measurement to ensure a snug, secure fit during your sessions. They offer a solid entry point for skaters looking for dependable indoor gear.
