Best 2 Vacuum Cleaners in 2026

Dyson's Cyclone V10 Origin earns its place as a do-it-all cordless stick vacuum. Fade-free suction holds steady for up to 60 minutes, and the power trigger means you're only drawing battery when your finger's on it — a small design choice that stretches runtime in real homes. Three cleaning modes let you downshift for delicate floors or ramp up for deep cleans, while the Motorbar head handles carpet and hard floors alike, de-tangling long hair and pet fur as it goes. Press a button and it converts to a handheld for car seats, stairs, and upholstery. The crevice tool and two extra accessories cover the awkward spots. Whole-machine filtration traps 99.99% of particles down to 0.3 microns, so exhaust air stays clean. Lightweight build, a two-year warranty, and lifetime support round it out.

The Dyson V8 earns its keep in the hallway closet, not the showroom. Light enough to carry one-handed up the stairs, it converts from a full-size stick to a handheld in seconds, which makes car seats, couch cushions, and ceiling corners far less of a chore. The Motorbar cleaner head is the standout: it pulls embedded grit out of carpet and hard floors alike, and it de-tangles long hair and pet fur as it goes, so you're not slicing strands off the brush bar every week. The power trigger keeps the battery honest — run it only when you're actually cleaning and you get up to 40 minutes of fade-free suction. Two modes cover everyday dust and tougher messes, while whole-machine filtration traps particles down to 0.3 microns. Backed by a two-year limited warranty.

Pet hair has a way of wrapping itself around vacuum rollers, and Levoit's cordless stick vacuum is built to put an end to that chore. The anti-tangle brush head keeps long strands and fur moving into the bin instead of snarling around the roller, while the 2-in-1 pet tool handles upholstery and stairs without a fight. Runtimes are honest for a lightweight cordless: up to 50 minutes in Eco mode with the crevice or pet tool, roughly 30 with the powered head, and 12 in Turbo when a mess needs muscle. It lies 180° flat to reach under furniture, three LED lights catch dust in dim corners, and the one-click dustbin empties without you touching the debris. Five-stage filtration captures 99.9% of particles down to 0.3 microns, so what leaves the vacuum is cleaner than what went in. Dry messes only—this one stays away from spills.

KARDV's cordless stick vacuum pairs real cleaning muscle with a frame you can carry up a staircase without thinking about it. The 500W motor pushes 40Kpa in max mode, which is enough to lift embedded pet hair off carpet in a single pass. Runtime landed near 60 minutes on the low setting and closer to 20 at full power, so a typical whole-home clean fits in one charge. The V-shaped roller resists the hair wrap that plagues most brushes, and the green LED head lights up dust hiding under the sofa. The color display tracks suction mode and remaining battery at a glance, the 1.5L cup empties with one touch, and the wall mount means it's always topped up.

Five thousand two hundred pascals of suction is the headline here, and the ROPVACNIC S1 backs it up with a three-point cleaning system that pulls dust and crumbs off hardwood, tile, and low-pile carpet without fussing. The mopping side isn't an afterthought either — electronically controlled water delivery with four adjustment stages lets you dial in how wet you want things, so you can go light on laminate and heavier on kitchen tile. App control, voice commands through Alexa or Google Assistant, and scheduled runs mean you can start a clean from the couch. The no-tangle brush design is the real win for pet owners, sweeping up dog and cat hair without the usual untangling chore.

A hair salon floor can transform from pristine to a disaster zone in a matter of seconds after a single client's haircut. That is where the EyeVac PRO becomes an absolute lifesaver for maintaining a professional environment without the constant struggle of a traditional upright vacuum. This 1400-watt powerhouse uses active infrared sensors to detect your sweeping motion, triggering an instant suction that pulls in 100% of hair and debris automatically. I found the touchless operation incredibly seamless for busy settings like boutiques or kitchens where you need to clean up spills on the fly. Because it utilizes two high-efficiency filters, it doesn't just swallow the mess. It actually returns cleaner air to the room, which is a massive plus for small business owners looking to keep their air quality high.

Maintaining the luster of your home's flooring is effortless with this Shark VACMOP hardwood cleaner, a specialized solution that delivers a streak-free finish every time. After testing it with the Shark VACMOP Cordless Vacuum Mop, the most impressive aspect is how quickly the formula dries, preventing that annoying tacky residue often left by inferior cleaners. It effectively reveals the natural beauty of sealed wood surfaces while filling the room with a refreshing citrus clean scent. Beyond the aesthetic results, the GREENGUARD GOLD Certification provides peace of mind, ensuring low chemical emissions for a healthier indoor environment. It is a reliable, high-performance refill that turns a chore into a quick, revitalizing task for any homeowner.

Pet hair has a way of weaving itself into carpet fibers, and this Bissell takes that personally. The triple action brush roll is built to loosen, lift, and remove the embedded stuff — fur, dust, tracked-in grit — while scatter-free technology keeps hard floors from turning into a mess of flying debris. Swivel steering makes weaving around table legs and sofas surprisingly easy, and edge-to-edge suction means baseboards don't get skipped. The 27-foot cord retracts at the push of a button, killing the wrap-and-hang chore after every session. A large dirt tank plus specialized pet tools mean fewer emptying stops and above-floor cleanup on stairs and upholstery. It's a bagless upright made for homes that shed.

Pet hair has a way of weaving itself into carpet fibers, and the CleanView Swivel Pet is built to dig it back out. The triple action brush roll loosens, lifts, and pulls embedded fur from carpet and rugs, while swivel steering lets you whip around table legs and sofa corners without wrestling the handle. On hard floors, scatter-free technology grabs crumbs and kibble instead of launching them across the room, and edge-to-edge suction means baseboards and corners don't get a free pass. A large dirt tank keeps you cleaning longer between empties, and the included pet upholstery tools handle stairs and couches. Purchases also support the Bissell Pet Foundation's work with homeless pets.

Weight is where the Shark Rocket wins you over first — just under nine pounds, so carrying it up a staircase or across a couch arm never feels like a chore. From there, the corded motor holds steady instead of fading mid-room the way battery models can, meaning carpets get the same deep clean on the last pass as the first. Pop the wand off and it converts to a handheld for stairs, car seats, and pet hair woven into upholstery, with crevice and upholstery tools included. Swivel steering slides around table legs and corners, and the slim floor nozzle ducks under low furniture. The dust cup empties in seconds, and the hand vac clips to the base for freestanding closet storage.

Shark's Rotator Powered Lift-Away TruePet solves the two jobs most uprights handle badly: pet hair and stairs. Detach the pod with one hand and the powered brushroll keeps spinning, so you can carry it right up a stair riser or under the couch without dragging the whole machine along. Swivel steering makes tight corners feel almost effortless, and the LED headlights expose the dust and fur you'd otherwise glide straight past. The anti-allergen seal works with the HEPA filter to trap 99.9% of dust and allergens inside the vacuum, which matters in an allergy household. The generous dust cup stretches cleaning sessions, fingertip controls switch between hard floor and carpet instantly, and the self-cleaning Pet Power Brush, upholstery tool, and crevice tool cover nearly everything else.

Dragging a heavy, clunky vacuum through a narrow hallway filled with high-pile rugs and hardwood transitions can feel like a workout you didn't sign up for. The Eureka PowerSpeed changes that dynamic by offering surprising suction power without the typical bulk. I found the upgraded cyclone technology particularly impressive, as it seems to catch everything from large debris to that fine, microscopic dust that usually lingers. Moving between different floor types is seamless thanks to the five adjustable height settings, and the wheels glide over hardwood without leaving any worry of scratches. While you do need to commit to cleaning the roller brush and belt every two weeks to prevent clogs or motor strain, the included crevice tool and upholstery attachments make tackling car interiors and ceiling corners incredibly easy.

Eureka's PowerSpeed upright weighs about 10 pounds, and that lightness shapes everything about how you'll actually use it — up stairs, around furniture, into corners without a fight. Five height settings let one machine shift from bare hard floors to deep carpet, and the 2.6-liter dust cup means fewer trips to the trash mid-clean. Pet owners get the most out of the on-board kit: a turbo brush for fur on upholstery, plus crevice, dusting, and upholstery tools that stay clipped to the vacuum for above-floor jobs. Filters are washable and there are no bags to buy, so upkeep stays inexpensive. Just plan on clearing hair from the roller and belt every couple of weeks to keep it running smoothly.

Most people assume a lightweight vacuum means sacrificing suction, but the Kenmore 400 Series proves that a sub-20-pound machine can still pack a serious punch. This canister setup uses a dual-motor system to maintain high suction strength, making it surprisingly effective for everything from kitchen spills to garage debris. I found the aluminum telescoping wand incredibly helpful. It extends to nine feet, which is a lifesaver for reaching high corners or deep under furniture. The triple HEPA filter system is a standout for anyone dealing with pet dander, as it traps 99.97% of particles. Between the swivel head for easy maneuvering and the built-in storage for the dusting brush and crevice tool, it feels like a highly efficient, all-in-one cleaning solution for a busy household.

Navigating tight corners under a heavy sideboard or dragging a vacuum up steep stairs used to feel like a workout, but the Eureka Whirlwind changes that dynamic entirely. Weighing in at less than eight pounds, this canister vacuum is remarkably easy to maneuver thanks to its swivel steering and telescoping metal wand. I found the integrated airflow control on the handle to be a game-changer, allowing me to switch from deep carpet cleaning to delicate upholstery or hard floors without breaking my stride. The 2-in-1 crevice tool is tucked right into the hose handle so you aren't hunting for attachments mid-clean, and the automatic cord rewind means you aren't wrestling with cables when you're finished. It's a streamlined, low-maintenance solution for anyone tired of buying replacement bags.

How many times have you wiped away crumbs only to find them wedged deep inside your keyboard crevices? The ODISTAR Mini Desktop Vacuum solves this micro-mess problem with a clever 360-degree rotatable design that reaches exactly where manual wiping fails. It runs on two AA batteries, offering a solid 90 minutes of cordless runtime so you aren't tethered to a wall while tidying your workspace. I was impressed by how the capture nozzle handles larger debris like paper scraps or dog hair without making a massive racket. The clear acrylic body looks premium and durable, almost like glass, making it a chic addition to a student desk or office. It provides just enough suction to keep your workstation pristine without disrupting your focus.

You finish sweeping the kitchen floor only to realize a pile of crumbs and pet hair is still mocking you from the baseboards. Instead of reaching for a heavy upright vacuum, you simply sweep the debris toward the EyeVac and let the infrared sensors do the heavy lifting. This 1000-watt powerhouse is a game-changer for anyone dealing with the daily chaos of pet food, kitty litter, or stray hair. It feels incredibly futuristic because you never actually touch the device. The automatic sensors detect your sweeping motion and kick the suction into gear instantly. With its dual high-efficiency filtration system, it doesn't just swallow the mess—it ensures the air being returned to your living space is clean and debris-free.

Commercial cleaning professionals and heavy-duty homeowners need this specific Sanitaire brushroll to restore the aggressive agitation power of their 12-inch vacuums. The Vibragroom II design ensures that your machine maintains its signature deep-cleaning performance on various carpet types. Installing this 12-inch silver roller is a straightforward way to breathe new life into popular models like the SC684 or SC886D without having to invest in an entirely new vacuum unit. Serious audiophiles with growing record collections should stop settling for dusty playback and invest in the Spin-Clean system immediately. This manual setup is a total game-changer because it bypasses the loud, intimidating noise of motorized vacuum machines while still delivering a deep, dual-sided clean. I love that it handles everything from 78s to 45s using a simple, non-electric design that fits easily on a shelf. The kit is incredibly comprehensive, providing the proprietary MK3 alcohol-free solution, premium brushes, and lint-free drying cloths you actually need to get the job done. You can deep-clean up to 700 records with the included materials, making it a remarkably efficient way to restore your vinyl's sonic clarity without a complicated installation process.

Pet owners facing the constant battle of muddy paws and spilled kibble need the Hoover Power Scrub Elite to reclaim their living rooms. This machine is a powerhouse thanks to its 360-degree spin scrub system that digs deep into fibers without being overly aggressive on your carpet. I was particularly impressed by how the automatic detergent mixing removes the annoying guesswork of measuring solutions, ensuring every pass is effective. With the included 8ft hose and specialized pet tool, you can easily tackle stairs and upholstery, making it a comprehensive solution for a busy, animal-friendly home.

Owners of smaller above-ground pools will find this automatic cleaner to be a total lifesaver for maintaining a clear floor without the manual labor. This lightweight, grey unit uses water pressure to drive a specialized jet that sweeps debris into an internal net, while a small brush underneath handles the floor scrubbing. It is specifically designed for pools up to 24 feet in diameter and relies on your filter pump's flow rate to navigate. I love how it automatically reverses direction to ensure every inch of the pool floor gets covered. Just remember that you need a pump with a flow rate between 1,600 and 3,500 GPH and a clean skimmer basket to keep it running efficiently.

Homeowners dealing with a mix of stubborn carpet fibers and slick hardwood need the raw power of the Koblenz Centauri to maintain a truly clean living space. This canister model packs a punch with its 1,300 motor, delivering high-level suction that pulls debris from deep within mats and rugs. I found the setup incredibly versatile thanks to the telescopic metal tube and the clever 2-in-1 floor and carpet tool. Cleaning tight corners or delicate surfaces is a breeze with the included crevice tool and feather attachment. Because it is a bagless system with a pleated filter, you won't be hunting for replacement bags, and the retractable power cord makes moving between rooms feel seamless rather than a chore.

Most people assume a vacuum is just a tool for picking up surface debris, but the Dyson Ball Animal 2 actually functions more like a high-tech air purification system for your floors. The Radial Root Cyclone technology is incredibly aggressive at capturing fine dust, while the whole-machine HEPA filtration ensures that once the dirt is sucked up, it stays trapped inside rather than blowing back into your living space. I found the self-adjusting cleaner head particularly impressive because it handles the transition between different floor types without any manual tweaking. For pet owners, the tangle-free turbine tool is a total game-changer for upholstery, and the one-click dirt emptying makes the whole maintenance process feel much less messy than traditional uprights.

You might assume a vacuum weighing under nine pounds would lack the muscle for a real deep clean, but the Eureka 3670M proves otherwise. I was surprised to find that this compact canister packs a punch thanks to its 10-amp motor, providing the kind of continuous suction you usually expect from much heavier machines. It is incredibly easy to maneuver around the house without feeling like a workout, and the inclusion of two extension wands and specialty attachments means you aren't just stuck on the floor. You can actually tackle high ceilings and tight crevices. The 2.5-liter dust bag is a lifesaver for pet hair, making replacements a mess-free affair rather than a dusty chore.

Most people settle for bulky, heavy vacuums that lose suction the moment the bin gets full, but the Kenmore Intuition changes that dynamic entirely. This upright feels surprisingly agile at just 14lbs, and the swivel steering makes navigating around furniture feel effortless. What really sets it apart is the Lift-Up feature. A simple button press detaches the handheld unit, making stairs and tight corners much easier to tackle. You won't have to deal with the usual dusty mess of emptying canisters either, thanks to the No Touch Bag Technology that seals everything away for a hands-free cleanup. Even as the bag fills, the PowerFlow chamber ensures your suction stays strong, while the sealed HEPA system keeps your air much cleaner.

The most efficient way to clean your floors might actually involve doing less manual labor than you think. The NeoVac Elite turns a stationary unit into a high-powered cleaning assistant by using infrared sensors to detect your sweeping motion. Instead of wrestling with a heavy upright, you simply sweep debris toward the sensor, and the 1000-watt motor kicks in instantly to swallow up everything from kitty litter to pet hair. It is a massive relief for pet owners dealing with constant shedding or parents managing mealtime crumbs. Because it utilizes dual high-efficiency filters, you aren't just moving dust around. You are actually pulling it out of the air and returning clean air to your living space. It makes maintaining a tidy home feel surprisingly effortless.

Its 48-foot power cord means you can tackle massive spaces without constant unplugging. What sets this unit apart is the specialized Pet Handimate, an air-driven turbine that spins at high RPMs to lift hair from stairs and upholstery that standard vacuums often miss. Despite its heavy-duty dual-motor suction, the machine remains surprisingly manageable at just 19.5 pounds. I was particularly impressed by the Triple HEPA filter system, which is a game-changer for anyone sensitive to allergens since it traps 99.97% of debris. With four height adjustments and a versatile aluminum wand, it transitions from thick carpets to bare floors without losing much momentum, making it a reliable workhorse for multi-surface homes.

Is there anything more frustrating than trying to clean a fish tank without making a massive mess of the substrate? The Laifoo 25ft Aquarium Vacuum solves this headache with a clever 2-in-1 design that lets you siphon out waste and refill with fresh water just by switching a connector. I really like the sinkable gravel tube. It features an internal filter screen that pulls out fish feces and debris without kicking up sand or disturbing your delicate decor. The 25-foot elastic hose is impressively durable and anti-kinking, plus it lacks that annoying chemical smell found in cheaper plastics. Instead of struggling with manual suction, you just pinch the siphon ball a few times to get the flow started. It makes routine maintenance feel significantly less like a chore.
