Budget-conscious fitness enthusiasts who refuse to sacrifice comfort for price need this four-pack in their gym rotation immediately. These Natural Feelings shorts act like a soft, second-skin layer that stays put through everything from intense yoga sessions to casual daily errands. The high-waisted design features a wide tummy-control waistband that provides excellent lower back support and a flattering silhouette without feeling constricting. I was particularly impressed by the 4-way stretch. Whether you are dealing with larger thighs or just need a full range of motion for volleyball or biking, the non-see-through fabric holds up beautifully. It is rare to find a multicolored multi-pack this affordable that actually feels premium against the skin rather than scratchy or thin.

CADMUS has engineered a versatile powerhouse for athletes who demand both security and mobility during high-intensity training. These high-waisted shorts utilize a four-way stretch, non-see-through fabric that stays opaque even during deep squats or intense volleyball drills. The standout feature is undoubtedly the side pockets, which are spacious enough to hold a phone, keys, or cards without them bouncing around while you run. I found the gusseted crotch and flatlock seams to be game-changers for preventing chafing during long cycling sessions or weight training. Because the spandex is quite compressive, you might want to size down if you prefer a tighter, locked-in feel. Between the quick-drying technology and the sweat-wicking capabilities, these are a reliable staple for any season.
