Most high-performance compression gear feels like a second skin that's far too tight, but these IUGA biker shorts actually feel like wearing a cloud. I was surprised by how the buttery soft spandex-polyester blend manages to provide serious muscle support and shaping without that restrictive, heavy sensation. The 6-inch length and high-waisted band are designed to prevent muffin-top silhouettes, which is a massive win for confidence during deep squats. They’ve even included three distinct storage options—two side pockets and a hidden waistband pocket—so you can actually go hands-free during a run. Whether you are crushing a HIIT session or just pairing them with an oversized hoodie for a casual street-style look, the opacity is impressive enough to stay completely squat-proof.
